Before booking

When does the campsite open?

The campsite opens on Friday, April 5th and closes on Sunday, September 22nd.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments by credit card on-site, on our website, and by phone. Bank transfers are also possible, and we accept checks only up to one month before arrival. Paper and digital holiday vouchers (ANCV) are accepted. On-site, cash payments for additional charges are possible.

Are you VACAF approved?

No, we are no longer VACAF approved.

Is it possible to pay in installments without fees?

Yes, a deposit of 30% of the price + booking fees will be required when you book. In your personal space, you can make payments of any amount, at any time. This does not change the contractual payment deadline for the balance of a reservation: no later than 30 days before the arrival date.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, with certain conditions. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed. Your pet must be vaccinated and kept on a leash. You agree never to leave your pet alone on the pitch or in the mobile home. Only one pet per booking is allowed. In Premium Spa mobile homes, pets are not allowed.

Is it possible to get a map of the campsite?

The map is available on our website. Pitch allocation is done in the order of arrival of bookings, taking into account special requests and depending on availability at the time of receiving your request.

How do I subscribe to cancellation insurance and how does it work?

It is offered for any reservation. You can view the terms on the back of the booking contract.

Is it possible to book 2 pitches or mobile homes side by side?

Yes, it is possible. We recommend renting two accommodations of the same category to offer you side-by-side placement. You must note this in the "stay remarks" box on the booking form. We will do our best to fulfill your request within the limits of our availability.

My child is a minor and wants to spend a few days with friends, is it possible?

No, sorry. According to the internal regulations, minors must be accompanied by a family member of legal age (father, mother, brother, or sister).

How can I contact you?

You can fill out our contact form or call us at +33 05 56 09 80 22 during reception opening hours. Since we are not part of a chain, a member of our team will answer and meet you in person during your stay.

Upon your arrival

What are the check-in and check-out times?

For rentals, check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. For camping pitches, check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is before noon.

Is it possible to arrive after the reception has closed?

Yes, if you have booked in advance. Remember to notify us, and we will prepare an envelope for you to collect from a safe, for which we will give you the code, or it will be handed over by our security staff.

Do I need to provide a deposit?

Yes, for mobile homes and chalets, a deposit by credit card is required and will be destroyed after your departure. An email will be sent to you via our intermediary Swikly to deposit it online in a secure space a few days before your arrival. No inventory is done in your presence. For camping pitches, a €100 deposit will be required upon arrival for the rental of a refrigerator.

On the pitch

How many people can stay on a camping pitch?

A maximum of 6 people is allowed on the pitch (a baby is considered as a person).

What is the size of the pitches?

Our pitches are approximately 100m².

What is the difference between a comfort and a nature pitch?

Nature pitches do not have electrical or water connections on the plot. They are intended only for small tents, and cars cannot be parked on the plot.

What color are the pitches on the map?

Tent pitches are dark green, and caravan pitches are light green.

What type of electrical outlets are there for the pitches?

Our electrical terminals are equipped with European sockets. If you are not equipped, you can buy them at the campsite grocery store. You have 10 amps available.

In mobile home

Are babies counted in the accommodation capacity?

Yes, babies are counted in the accommodation capacity: the indicated number of people must not be exceeded for reasons of comfort and safety.

Is there a television in my rental?

All our rentals except Eco cottages are equipped with televisions. Excluding Tour Operator rentals.

Is it possible to bring my own television?

No, as the connection by antenna is not effective.

Are blankets and linens provided?

We provide duvets, pillows, and mattress protectors for the beds, and blankets and pillows for the convertible sofas. We offer the rental of sheets and towels upon reservation (€15 per bed for sheets and €15 for the kit including 2 towels, 2 bath towels, and 1 bath mat). Sheets and towels are provided in our Premium Spa and Comfort Plus cottages.

Are the terraces covered?

Yes, if you book directly, all our terraces are covered, regardless of the size or range of accommodation.

During your stay

Can I park a second vehicle on my pitch?

One vehicle is included per pitch. A free parking lot is available outside the campsite. We can allow two vehicles in the campsite, with a supplement of €5 to €8 per day depending on the period.

Are swim shorts allowed in the pools?

No, only short swimsuits like boxers are allowed. Any other attire is prohibited in the pool area.

Do you have baby equipment?

We offer the rental of a "Baby Kit" including a high chair, a travel cot (without mattress), a stroller, and a bathtub for €45 per week. It is also possible to reserve these items individually (subject to availability) for €3 per night per accessory.

Can I use a barbecue during my stay?

Charcoal barbecues are prohibited on the pitches. Only electric and gas barbecues are allowed (note: electric grills and barbecues require a lot of electrical power). If you do not want to bring your own, you can rent a gas grill at the bike shed.

Is there WiFi at the campsite?

The campsite has free WiFi at the bar/restaurant and paid WiFi if you want it at your pitch. The rate is €39/week for the rental of a box providing a minimum of 2 gigabytes per day, with the ability to connect multiple devices.

Are visitors allowed?

No, we no longer accept visitors due to the health context.

Are the pools heated, and if so, to what temperature?

All indoor pools are heated between 28° and 30°.

Is there a laundry at the campsite?

Yes. It operates without tokens, only with coins: €5 for a washing machine and €4 for a dryer.

Is there a mini-club or teen club?

The mini-club welcomes children from 4 to 12 years old during the Easter and summer holidays. The teen club, starting from 13 years old, welcomes young people during the summer holidays.

Distance to the city center and the beach?

We are 300m from the beach and 1.5km from the city center.

Are services open throughout the entire period?

All pools and all shops and services at the campsite are open from opening to closing.

Are there bike paths nearby?

In front of the beach access, about 300m from the campsite entrance, you will find a bike path going either towards the city center or in the direction of L’Amélie.

Until what time can I enter the campsite by car?

The gate is closed in the evening at 11:00 PM and opens in the morning at 6:00 AM.
